2017 Convention Confirmation Information

We are excited to welcome you to the 2017 Triangle Fraternity National Convention. You will be joined by over 150 of your Triangle Brothers over four days filled with great conversations and great memories.

When Should I Arrive?

Driving | All participants should plan to arrive no later than 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 19.  This will allow you enough time to pick up the needed information at the registration table, check into your hotel room, change (if necessary), and be on time to the Convention Welcome & Opening Legislation.

Flying | If you have not yet made flight arrangements, please schedule your flights to arrive no later than 5:00 p.m. MST. This will ensure the appropriate amount of time from the airport to the hotel along with time to check in.

Guests arriving by plane are required to make their own transportation arrangements from the airport to the hotel.  Information in travel options is listed below.

SuperShuttle | Execucar: SuperSuttle runs from Sky Harbor to the Wigwam for $24.00 each way and is a shared shuttle, so it will stop at locations along the way. Book online at www.supershuttle.com and enter the discount code SVP8N to receive a 10% discount.  Once you claim your luggage proceed to the sign in baggage claim marked “van service”. Check in with the customer service representative at the SuperShuttle counter. Identify yourself and provide them with your online confirmation number. NOTE: if you scheduled an Execucar sedan, call dispatch at 602-232-4606 after collecting your luggage.

Rental cars are available at the airport from all major vendors.

Uber/Lyft operates in Phoenix and picks up at the Sky Harbor.  Rates run from around $40.00 each way or $55-$65 for upgrades.  Make sure you download the Uber & Lyft before flying.

Taxis are quick and easy at the Sky Harbor. A one-way fare should be about $60.00.

Parking at the Wigwam is complimentary including self and valet.
