Triangle Fraternity was founded upon the
principles that Triangle Brothers know so well. Triangle's purpose
is to help members develop their intellects, their social abilities,
and their professional skills in an environment of excellence and
friendship. The Exponent is a tool that is loaded with ideas to help
yourself and your chapter achieve just that purpose. You'll find
things in it about management, like how to delegate, how to improve
recruitment, how to handle finances, and more. You'll also find
information you can use to improve your leadership skills and
abilities. Additionally, you'll get to know your National Chapter
volunteers and staff, and hear about events from across our many
chapters. The Exponent is targeted at both alumni and active-chapter
members.
Remember that only you can decide to implement any
of what you read and learn in this newsletter. No one at the national
level can mandate that you use any of these ideas to make the bonds
of Triangle Brotherhood better for you or your successors. No one can
force you to make your chapter get bigger, better, and stronger
either. What we can do is give you the vision and the tools to do
those things. That's what this is all about!
