FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Triangle Fraternity Mourns the Loss of Past President Randall E. Drew rose67

[Plainfield, IN] – It is with deep sadness that Triangle Fraternity announces the passing of our esteemed former President, Randall E. Drew rose67. A visionary leader and a true inspiration to all, Randy played a pivotal role in shaping our organization’s mission and guiding us towards success.

As we come to terms with this profound loss, we reflect on Randy’s remarkable contributions during his two terms as National President (1975 & 2015); National Vice President (2013); National Treasurer (2009); Education Foundation Chairman (2001-2007) and Vice Chairman (2000). Randy dedicated more than 50 years of active service as a National Councilman and Triangle Education Foundation Director.

As a founding father of the Rose-Tech chapter, Randy was inspired to continue his service to Triangle on a broader level. Soon after graduation from Rose-Tech in 1968, Randy was elected to National Council in 1971 and then joined the Triangle Education Foundation board of directors in 1977, serving until 2015. This lifetime of service stands distinctive among all Triangle alumni and is distinguished within the entire Interfraternity community. It is a testimony to Randy’s loyalty and dedication not only to Triangle’s precepts and ideals but also to the invaluable work of making “Better Men.”

In 2007, Randy was presented with Triangle Fraternity’s highest honor – the Triangle Service Key. Past National President Merle Newlon III lou73 was a close friend and shared, “Brother Randy Drew was a great leader for Triangle. He was an honorable man. I met him at the 1975 Convention and feel honored to have worked with him all these years. Thousands of brothers had the opportunity to be influenced and led by Randy. He loved his wife, his children, and his fraternity. His passing leaves brothers better for knowing him.”

We extend our heartfelt condolences to Randy’s family during this difficult time. He was not only an exceptional leader but also a loving and caring individual who touched the lives of many beyond his professional commitments.

During this period of mourning, we stand united as a community, offering support and strength to one another. As we grieve together, let us also be reminded of the valuable lessons Randy taught us and the shared vision that will continue to propel Triangle Fraternity forward.

We encourage everyone to join us in celebrating the life of this extraordinary leader and expressing our gratitude for the positive changes Randy brought about in our organization.
