Chapter Grade and Philanthropy Report

Triangle Bylaws and Regulations require that chapters submit reports each term to allow us to record academic performance, confirm chapter numbers and note charitable hours and dollars contributed.  These key performance indicators are vital to showing our impact on the campus and community.

By completing the full form below, you will meet the requirement for submitting the Grade Reporting Form (Form F) as well as the Community Service Tracking Form.
