LTW Shirt Design Contest Timeline
October 20, 2024 – submissions due by 11:59pm Pacific Daylight Time
October 21-25, 2024 – LTW committee reviews designs
October 28, 2024 – Finalists are posted for voting
November 18, 2024 – Voting ends at 11:59pm Pacific Standard Time
November 20-22, 2024 – Winning design is announced
Design Contest Rules

Designs should reflect Triangle’s mission and Code of Ethics. Inappropriate designs will not be considered.

The winning design will incorporate “Leadership & Training Weekend” and “2025” into the design.

Designs may include a single-color front logo and a multi-color back design. The LTW committee reserves the right to replace or add to the front design with the Triangle Social. Professional.STEM logo.

www.triangle.org will appear under the design on the back of the shirt.

All submissions must include a .png or .jpg file AND a high-resolution vector file (if the vector file is too large to send via email, communicate that in your initial submission and another delivery method for the high-res file will be determined for the winning design).

To be considered, designs must be sent via email to education@triangle.org by 11:59pm PDT on Sunday, October 20, 2024 with subject line “Real Shirt Design Entry”. Please include your first and last name and chapter/school in your submission email.
