Report hazing or other violations here.

Hazing is against the Triangle Code of Ethics as well as a violation of our risk management policies and, in may states, civil or criminal law.  Ultimately though, it’s disrespectful of the rights and freedoms of our members.

If you see or experience hazing in any of our chapters, please use the form below to notify the headquarters.  You can do so anonymously, but the more detail you can provide (date, time, location, exact activities, names of perpetrators, etc.), the better chance we have to address the situation.

All allegations will be investigated by staff and/or National Council members.
